As the Global Group Controller for PMA Services Pvt. Ltd., your primary responsibilities will include the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the group. You will be expected to support global reporting and intensify system-based controlling, monitor and manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations, conduct ad hoc evaluations, and maintain KPI systems. Additionally, you will collaborate with the senior management team on the company's financial strategy, interact with regulatory bodies and stakeholders, and coordinate with external auditors while managing internal controls to ensure compliance with the law and company policies. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a degree in Controlling, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with proven experience in a Controlling or Accounting department for global entities. You should have a strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in handling global compliances. IT affinity with tools such as EXCEL, Power BI, and SAP is essential, along with excellent analytical skills, accuracy, reliability, confidentiality, and perseverance.
