IT Administrator DevOps

As an experienced IT Administrator DevOps, your role will involve managing and supporting enterprise infrastructure systems, application environments, and DevOps pipelines. You will be responsible for maintaining system performance, managing access control, ensuring CI/CD environment stability, and facilitating collaboration between IT operations and development teams. Your expertise in systems administration, automation, and monitoring tools will be crucial for both on-premises and AWS cloud environments. Key Responsibilities: - Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across applications and systems. - Maintain and update technical documentation, including system configurations and environment records. - Coordinate with IT run teams for system monitoring and performance tracking. - Keep the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and knowledge repositories updated. - Measure and record application and infrastructure performance metrics. - Manage data refreshes between development, testing, and production environments. - Oversee and control data transfer processes between systems securely and efficiently. - Respond to and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner. - Collaborate with development teams to provision and maintain infrastructure services on-premise and on AWS. - Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD environments to ensure seamless deployment pipelines. - Support continuous improvement initiatives for system reliability, automation, and scalability. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. - 5+ years of experience in IT administration, DevOps, or infrastructure management. - Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Linux Redhat system administration. - Strong knowledge of AWS infrastructure architectures and cloud operations. - Proficiency in DevOps tools such as GitLab, Docker, SonarQube, and Nexus Repository. - Experience in managing and configuring web servers (IIS, Tomcat). - Basic database administration skills for SQL Server, MariaDB, and PostgreSQL. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and incident management systems. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
