Your profile as Senior Architect - IT Mergers & Acquisitions SAP solution: Mandatory Proven experience in SAP architecture within M&A contexts. Strong understanding of IT due diligence processes. Expertise in developing and implementing TOMs with SAP solutions. Excellent project management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). Optional Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of M&A.
