The ideal candidate for this role should be a Workday certified professional with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Workday, specifically holding the Workday Core Integration Certification. Workday Integration Certification is a mandatory requirement for this position. You will be responsible for assisting customers in resolving integration issues, leveraging your in-depth expertise in Workday solutions. A strong background in integration is essential, as you will be tasked with independently designing, developing, and testing integrations. Your hands-on experience should include working with various tools such as Cloud connectors, Core connectors, EIB, DT, Studio, Web Services (REST/SOAP/WSDL), calculated fields, XML, and XSLT. Proficiency in Business Process Configurations, Security, ISU/ISSG is crucial for this role. You will be expected to handle incidents, provide production support, and possess knowledge of migration using Object Transporter. Experience in building Advance and BIRT Reports, with the ability to cater to both FIN and HCM requirements, is highly desirable. An understanding of different HCM and FIN modules will be an added advantage. In addition to the technical requirements, the successful candidate must hold current and valid Workday certifications, including Workday studio or Workday Prism. Data conversion for advanced reporting will also be a part of your responsibilities.
