As an ISU Techno-Functional Consultant at delaware India, your responsibilities will include supporting the implementation, enhancement, configuration, and optimization of SAP ISU solutions for clients in the utilities sector. You will collaborate closely with senior consultants and business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of SAP ISU solutions. As a member of the global functional team, you will play a crucial role in solutioning, conducting assessments, participating in client requirements calls, documenting specifications, and developing and delivering solutions. Continuous enhancement of your skills by staying updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends is essential to provide innovative and effective solutions to clients. Ideal candidates for this role should have 2-4 years of experience as an SAP IS-U Consultant, with a strong background in the Energy/Utilities domain. Exposure to at least one full life cycle implementation and one AMS Project is required. In-depth understanding of Meter to Cash Flow, hands-on experience in SAP ABAP, proficiency in at least 2 ISU Modules such as Device Management, Billing, or FICA, and experience in preparing training documents and providing end-user training are key skills expected. Moreover, experience in providing support, troubleshooting issues, resolving user problems, performing system enhancements, analyzing existing processes, system testing, quality assurance activities, and flexibility to work in AMS and Implementation projects are essential requirements. Candidates should also demonstrate willingness to cross-train, upskill, collaborate with team members, and possess experience in BRF+ and BPEM as added advantages.
