You are an experienced IT Systems Engineer with over 6 years of experience, based in Bangalore. Your role involves installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software, data security, and system management tools. You will ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability for the organization. Your responsibilities include managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure in line with company guidelines or SOP. You will define customers" needs and functionality in a service development cycle, implement warranty and support activities, and evaluate existing systems while providing technical direction to IT support staff. Collaboration with other professionals is crucial to ensure high-quality deliverables within organization guidelines, policies, and procedures. You will focus on work process optimization methods, risk management tools, and monitor existing systems to maintain structural integrity. Additionally, you will oversee the development and installation of new hardware and software, configure operating systems and other software, and test installed software for glitch detection. Your role involves providing technical direction to IT support staff, ensuring constant availability of technical resources, designing and implementing security systems and redundant backups for data safety, and proactively maintaining the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability. You will monitor and test application performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and work with developers to implement solutions.
