Your role will involve investigating application issues and determining business impacts within defined timelines. You will be responsible for assigning relevant priority to application defects raised by clients and agreeing on timelines for delivering software fixes. Additionally, you will advise users on appropriate actions or workarounds and escalate issues to the appropriate resources when necessary to ensure resolution within agreed Service Level Agreements. Working closely with 3rd Level Application Support Analysts, you will identify and document resolutions, as well as document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution. You will also advise clients on timelines for delivery of fixes and coordinate system downtime with clients and infrastructure teams to apply software fixes. In this role, you will proactively review new functionality against client business requirements and monitor Production Jobs/Alerts. Daily checks on key processes in Production environments, such as Transaction imports, Billing outputs, and Card Production files, will also be carried out by you. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the most cost-effective and suitable system solutions are delivered while adhering to appropriate departmental procedures and practices. Additionally, you will play a proactive and visible role in delivering key business projects and departmental objectives.,

The job involves providing service for a portfolio of captive insurance clients and offering technical insurance support within the team. You will also have the opportunity to participate in captive consulting and new business activities. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing financial statements, client financial and management accounting, overseeing regulatory and compliance issues, creating Board Packs, conducting client bench-marking analysis, reviewing new client business operations, responding to queries from captive account-holders, and developing management information reports.
