You should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in workday integration development and support within the Workday HR domain. Your expertise should include hands-on experience in developing various workday integrations such as EIBs, core connectors, cloud connectors, and Studio integrations. You must possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of workday reporting, calculated fields, and PRISM analytics. In addition, you should be well-versed in workday webservices, SOAP and REST APIs, and be capable of resolving integration issues with a high level of expertise in the Workday solution. A solid understanding of the workday security model to manage ISSG/ISU with integration concepts is essential. You should also have exemplary knowledge in defining custom developments using Studio integrations and BIRT development skills. Your role will require a strong knowledge of web development and data formats such as XML/JSON, WSDL, SSL, SAML, and HTTP protocols. Expertise in managing data transformations and optimizations with xslt and its attributes is crucial. You should also have a solid understanding of integration architecture to build custom integrations. Experience in data conversions and data transformations into workday from external/legacy systems is necessary. You should be willing to work in a sun model to adapt to the Global workflow business model and be able to resolve incidents and cases to provide production support effectively. Overall, you must be proactive in problem-solving and possess a high level of expertise in Workday solutions to help resolve integration issues efficiently.,
