You are a skilled Sales System Engineer with a strong background in networking and IT systems, particularly within the ISP/TelcoNet domain. Your primary responsibility will be to support the sales process by providing technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, assisting in client onboarding, and offering deployment support. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions, conducting live product demonstrations, handling client onboarding, configuration, and deployment of network monitoring solutions, supporting clients with troubleshooting, and preparing relevant documentation such as network diagrams and solution notes. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Networking, Pre-Sales, or System Engineering roles. You must possess a strong understanding of Layer 2/3 protocols, SNMP, TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls, and have experience working with ISP, Telecom, or MSP clients. Familiarity with tools like PRTG, Zabbix, SolarWinds, or other NMS platforms is essential. Excellent communication and customer-facing skills are crucial, along with the availability to provide support during night hours for US clients. Preferred qualifications include CCNA/CCNP certifications, experience in Telco environments, service level monitoring, and handling global clients.
