Job Overview Minfy is seeking an IT Admin to manage and maintain the IT infrastructure across 8 branches of Mahaveer Bank. The ideal candidate should have foundational expertise in networking, IT systems, and troubleshooting, capable of ensuring smooth IT operations across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Network Management: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network components, including IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, TCP, firewalls, switching, and routing. System Maintenance: Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, and troubleshooting for servers, computers, and other peripherals. Branch IT Support: Provide technical support to ensure all 8 branches operate smoothly with minimal IT disruptions. Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external vendors for hardware and software procurement, repairs, and upgrades. Security & Compliance: Implement security measures like antivirus updates, firewall configurations, and ensure compliance with IT policies. ISP Troubleshooting: Work with ISPs to manage internet connectivity, including monitoring bandwidth and troubleshooting issues. Disaster Recovery & Backups: Ensure proper backups are in place and assist in maintaining disaster recovery plans. Key Skills & Requirements Networking Knowledge: Strong understanding of IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, TCP, firewalls, and internal routing. IT Infrastructure Management: Hands-on experience with system maintenance, hardware, software, and security protocols. ISP Troubleshooting: Basic understanding of ISP operations and troubleshooting connectivity across branches. Communication & Coordination: Effective communication skills to coordinate with branch staff and external vendors. Qualifications Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Certifications in networking or systems management are a plus. Additional Information The candidate will be responsible for managing IT systems across Mahaveer Bank's 8 branches. Must be self-reliant and capable of managing tasks efficiently.,
