As a member of the Research & Development department at our company in Nashik, Maharashtra, India, your role will involve possessing a comprehensive understanding of LT switchgear product standards and certifications such as MCB, RCCB, RCBO, MCCB, etc. You will be responsible for ensuring quality assurance for customers and the organization by overseeing compliance at the inward, in-process, and finished goods levels according to relevant product standards. Monitoring the First Pass Yield (FPY), ensuring BIS mandatory compliance, conducting customer training, and supporting the sales/marketing team in tendering processes are also key aspects of the role. Additionally, you will be expected to act as the Management Representative (MR) for ISO/environmental certification, overseeing the performance of the Quality Team, ensuring overall quality of products/certifications, and holding the authority to approve or reject raw materials and finished goods. Your responsibilities will include maintaining ISO documentation, signing off on all QA/QC reports, addressing any non-conformities raised in internal or external audits, and ensuring compliance with 5S and safety protocols. Furthermore, you will be accountable for maintaining zero customer complaints, adhering to Quality Assurance Plans (Q.A.P), and conducting testing and inspections in line with quality standards. Overall, this role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong grasp of product standards and quality assurance processes, who can effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders to uphold the quality and compliance standards of the organization.,
