The Technical Support Specialist for Industrial Lubricant Additives position based in Mahape, Navi Mumbai, India involves working with a global leader in lubricant additives and oilfield chemicals with research and development operations in India and international presence in the US, UK, UAE, Africa, and Hong Kong. As a Technical Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include supporting customers, providing guidance on formulations, coordinating field trials, creating technical documents, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with the Research and Development team to innovate high-performance additives for UTTO, STOU, Gear Oil, and Hydraulic Oil. To be successful in this role, you should hold a B.E./B.Tech degree in Chemical or Petroleum engineering, or a B.Sc./M.Sc. degree in Chemistry, along with a solid background of 8-12 years in technical support for lubricant additives. Proficiency in ASTM/ISO tests such as D445, D892, D1401, etc., is essential for this position. Additionally, a willingness to travel is required to fulfill the job requirements effectively.
