1. Quality Management System (QMS) Leadership : Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Lead all internal and external quality audits and inspections, ensuring 100% compliance. Drive a culture of quality throughout the organization by providing training an mentorship to all employees on quality standards and procedures. 2. Quality Control & Assurance: Establish and monitor quality control procedures for all stages of production, from raw material inspection to finished product testing. Conduct regular quality reviews with key customers to ensure satisfaction and alignment with their quality expectations. 4. Continuous Improvement: Achieve and maintain a rejection percentage for each process that is below the established standard parameters. Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, or similar principles to reduce defects, rejection, and improve efficiency. Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic action plans. Prepare and present regular quality performance reports to senior management. 5.
