Maintain a comprehensive record of all quality control procedures, test results, inspections, non-conformances, and actions taken. Ensure all quality documentation is up to date, accurate, and compliant with industry and legal requirements. Qualifications: Educational Requirements: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Certifications in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or equivalent) are highly preferred. Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in quality assurance and control in the construction or infrastructure industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Qualifications & Experience: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Industrial / Production / Metallurgy Engineering 13 years experience in QA documentation or fabrication project QA support Familiarity with ITPs, SOPs, and documentation control in a quality-driven setup Basic knowledge of WPS/PQR, revision tracking, traceability, and part numbering Good Excel/documentation skills and attention to record accuracy Preferred: Exposure to ISO 9001 audits or fabrication traceability systems Good coordination and follow-up skills across departments and shifts Responsibilities Outside the Scope of This Role: Does not perform inspections this is done by the QC team. Does not approve fabrication jobs or sequence them aligns QA documentation to support the release. Does not fabricate or operate machines supports system compliance through records and SOPs. Does not interpret technical deviations escalates to QA Lead or Welding Expert. Does not supervise production, but supports release quality .
