Role Process Consultant Quality Management Group Responsibilities Provide guidance and support to project managers in implementing quality management frameworks, estimation techniques, and high maturity solutions, facilitating continuous improvement initiatives. Drives project and account-level initiatives leveraging an understanding of Quality Management Systems, ISO standards, and CMMI practices. Plans and execute process health checks against relevant standards such as ISO 9K and ISO 20K. Plan and execute assessments on transition progress and agile maturity, ensuring alignment with organizational and customer objectives. Conduct gap assessments, perform comprehensive data analysis at project and account levels, establishing baselines and providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement efforts. Essential Skills 5+ years of experience in Quality Management Function in IT projects Possess expertise in software engineering and project management principles, with a comprehensive understanding of industry standard SDLC, Agile, and ITIL frameworks. Possesses sound knowledge in Risk Management and Estimation techniques. Possesses a thorough understanding of software metrics, enabling the effective measurement and analysis of project performance. Exposure to High Maturity Practices enhances proficiency in this area. Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing Self-driven and motivated individual with a collaborative mindset, capable of effectively contributing within a team environment while taking ownership of individual tasks and responsibilities. Essential Qualification Formal training and certifications in CMMI, ISO, ITIL, etc.
