Role & responsibilities To be part of deal-review board for new opportunities & provide inputs on delivery & quality risk if any, based on the current knowledgebase. To review implementation/ transition plan & tracking it via regular program reviews. Define Quality Assurance and Quality control plan for the engagement. Ensure the Quality plan is implemented. Milestone wise deliverables tracking Review adherence to Risk mitigation plan Review SLA compliances and ensure available RCA for missed SLAs Participate in client calls and represent as Quality spoc in the engagement Conduct regular contract compliance audits to ensure compliance to all contractual requirements Conduct periodic Quality trainings Drive continuous Quality improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen. Define new processes/ templates/ checklist as required Identify and analyze Quality problems, conduct RCA and drive corrective & preventive actions Create Practice wise Benchmark data Preferred candidate profile Strong understanding of Quality concepts like Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, ITIL, ISO 2000 and CMMi SVC/Dev. Certifications in few of these will be desired. Excellent Presentation and communication skills. Should have an eye for detail to identify process and compliance gaps. Ability to influence delivery teams to comply to processes. Strong facilitation Skills. Understanding of Cyber Security domain is desired.
