Job Title: Waiter Captain – The FoodLoft Rishikesh Location: The FoodLoft, 4th Floor, Shop No. 9A, Veer Bhadra Complex, AIIMS Road, near SBI Bank, near Seema Dental, Rishikesh – 249203 Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Free Meals + Tips/Incentives Timings: 10:30 AM – 11:00 PM (with breaks) Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate service staff (waiters & helpers). Greet and attend to guests, ensuring high-quality service. Manage table reservations, seating, and customer flow. Train and guide waiters in service etiquette and order handling. Ensure customer complaints are handled promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and proper table settings in the dining area. Coordinate with the kitchen and management for smooth operations. Required Skills / Experience: 2–4 years of experience as Waiter Captain / Senior Waiter in restaurant or hotel. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English). Knowledge of menu presentation, order taking, and billing coordination.
