Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site construction activities for our residential projects. The ideal candidate will ensure work quality, adherence to timelines, and compliance with safety and design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager/Head Office.
• Conduct quality checks of materials and workmanship at different stages of construction.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and statutory compliance at the site.
• Maintain site documentation, including work logs, material usage, and progress reports.
• Liaise with consultants, architects, and vendors as required.
