Role & responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to students and parents interested in studying abroad. Provide accurate information about courses, universities, admission process, and countries (UK, USA, Europe, Australia, etc.). Guide students on eligibility, documentation, and application timelines. Maintain records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/Excel. Build rapport with students and ensure timely follow-up to achieve enrollment targets. Coordinate with the counseling team for smooth processing of applications. Maintain professionalism and represent the organization positively in every interaction. Preferred candidate profile Female candidates only. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu (fluency is preferred). Graduation in any stream (education background in counseling/marketing is a plus). Prior experience in tele-counseling/tele-calling/education counseling preferred, but freshers with good communication skills can also apply. Should be confident, target-oriented, and able to handle student queries patiently. Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel) and basic computer knowledge required. Immediate joiners preferred.
