You are an experienced Senior Java Developer with over 7 years of experience, specializing in IAM solutions and Cisco ISE integration. Your role as a Lead Developer involves designing, developing, and delivering solutions independently, while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining Java-based applications, implementing secure authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML, developing REST APIs for seamless integration with Cisco ISE, ensuring smooth data exchange and policy enforcement between ISE and MDM solutions, troubleshooting IAM integration and API functionality issues, leading the development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and support, and working closely with internal teams to align IAM solutions with business needs. To excel in this role, you must have strong experience in Java development and related frameworks, hands-on experience with IAM solutions, particularly Cisco ISE, proven expertise in developing RESTful APIs, in-depth knowledge of authentication protocols such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML, experience in integrating ISE with MDM solutions or similar IAM integration patterns, the ability to work independently and deliver complex solutions with minimal supervision, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.,
