The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. You should have at least 3 years of experience in Linux system administration or support, with additional experience in HPC environments considered a plus. Your technical skills should include proficiency in Linux/Unix operating systems, along with basic knowledge and hands-on experience in the installation of Linux systems. You should also be familiar with the configuration of nfs, smb, iscsi storage, and have a basic understanding of HPC architecture and components. Knowledge of job schedulers like SLURM, PBS, or similar is desirable, as well as an understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting. Familiarity with PFS file system (Beegfs) is also preferred. In terms of soft skills, you should possess strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Candidates with certifications such as RHCSA are highly encouraged to apply for this position.,
