You will be responsible for the installation and management of Windows Operating systems and related software stacks to meet client requirements. This includes configuring storage such as Software RAID, iSCSI SAN, and NAS. Additionally, you will handle system administration, installations, upgrades, patches, migrations, and troubleshooting tasks. You will manage the Virtualization Environment using VMware ESXi & vSphere, creating virtual machines, migrating VMs, managing storage, and virtual networks. Administration of Windows 2012/2016 Servers in a 24/7 production environment is also part of your responsibilities. You will implement and administer Microsoft Active Directory Services, including group policy and account policies through Active Directory. Managing Active Directory user accounts, creating department-wise separate spaces/folders, providing limited access as needed, and configuring SSL certificates in web servers like IIS will be within your scope. You will also be responsible for maintaining scheduled backups of servers and end-users through backup solutions and task jobs. Basic administration of MSSQL databases, including backup and restoration of data using SQL native tools, is also expected. A Microsoft Certified System Engineer Certification is required for this role, along with 4-6 years of working experience. You should be willing to work in a 24*7 Support environment. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Any Graduate/BCA/B.Tech/MCA with Microsoft certification. You should be able to work with minimum supervision, be a good team player, possess problem-solving skills, and have excellent written and oral communication abilities.
