Job Title: Senior SAP IS-U Consultant CS, DM, FICA, Billing Experience: 9+ Years Work Location: Pan India Job Summary: Capgemini is looking for a highly experienced SAP IS-Utilities (IS-U) Consultant with deep expertise in Customer Service (CS) , Device Management (DM) , FICA , and Billing & Invoicing modules. The ideal candidate will contribute to end-to-end implementation, support, and optimization of SAP IS-U for clients in the utilities sector. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP IS-U CS, DM, Billing, and FICA modules Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and propose optimized SAP solutions Manage integration between IS-U components and external systems (e.g., CRM, AMI/MDM) Collaborate with functional and technical teams for issue resolution, enhancements, and testing Support data migration, cutover planning, UAT, and go-live activities Prepare functional specifications for developments and coordinate with ABAP teams Work with business stakeholders to ensure solution alignment with industry best practices Required Skills: 9+ years of experience in SAP IS-U implementations and support projects Strong hands-on experience in Customer Service (CS) and Device Management (DM) In-depth knowledge of Billing & Invoicing and FICA (Contract Accounting) Good understanding of IDE (Intercompany Data Exchange) and meter-to-cash processes Experience working with S/4HANA or knowledge of system conversion projects (preferred) Excellent client interaction, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Good to Have: Exposure to SAP CRM for Utilities , Smart Metering , or AMI/MDM integration Experience in Agile delivery environments SAP IS-U certification
