IS Technical Specialist for Core Platform Support

Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.Work model: # Li-hybrid/remote

• Provide day-to-day technical support to DevOps teams, diagnosing and resolving platform issues.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tool integrations to streamline platform workflows.
• Document best practices, runbooks, and operate knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Collaborate on proof-of-concepts for new platform components and tooling enhancements.

Qualifications For The Role

• Strong hands-on experience (3+ years) with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions).
• Total experience 8-10years
• Proficient in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms and AI (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with monitoring/observability stacks (Prometheus/Grafana, ELK).
• Effective communicator and trainer, passionate about documentation and knowledge transfer.
