You are a skilled TIBCO Spotfire Developer with over 3 years of experience who will be joining our team in Gurgaon, Sector 44. Your primary responsibilities will include developing, designing, and optimizing interactive dashboards and reports using TIBCO Spotfire. You will be integrating and managing various data sources within Spotfire, implementing advanced visualizations, expressions, and scripting to enhance the user experience. Additionally, you will work with SQL queries, stored procedures, and data modeling to support BI reporting, collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, and provide data-driven insights. Your role will involve performing data validation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for dashboards, while maintaining best practices in BI development, data security, and governance. The ideal candidate should possess a strong knowledge of data visualization principles, dashboard development, SQL, data integration, and database management. Proficiency in IronPython scripting and Spotfire automation services would be advantageous. In this role, you will need to work with large datasets, optimize performance, and ensure data integrity. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for effective interaction with stakeholders and presenting insights. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field is required. Integrate data from multiple sources such as SQL databases, APIs, Excel, SAP , or cloud platforms. Implement advanced analytics using IronPython scripting , data functions , and R/Statistical integration . Conduct data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency. Support end-users with training, troubleshooting, and dashboard enhancements. Must-Have Skills: 58 years of experience in BI and Data Visualization . Minimum 4 years hands-on with TIBCO Spotfire including custom expressions and calculated columns. Strong knowledge of data modeling , ETL processes , and SQL scripting . Expertise in IronPython scripting for interactivity and automation within Spotfire. Experience working with large datasets and performance tuning visualizations. Good to Have: Experience with R , Python , or Statistica for advanced analytics in Spotfire. Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (AWS Redshift, Snowflake, Azure Synapse).
