Plan and execute routine tasks proactively to prevent unplanned activities that could disrupt production. Identify opportunities for improvement or modification in system settings to reduce maintenance costs. Adhere to all health and safety regulations during shift operations to maintain a safe working environment. Maintain accurate and timely ERP data entries and prepare the Management Review Meeting (MRM) reports on a daily basis. Optimize the utilization of all available resources, including manpower, to maximize operational efficiency. Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly activity planning is completed on schedule to facilitate timely job allocation.

Position Title: Head Operations ( Steel Making & Iron Making ) - Overall Plant Location: Jamshedpur Qualification : BE / B Tech Mechanical / Industrial / Production Experience: 25 + Years Purpose of the role : The Head of Operations will lead and oversee all aspects of the operational functions of an integrated steel plant, including SMS, Rolling Mill, DRI , Pellet Plant, Blast Furnace with Sinter Plant , Bricks Plant and Cement Plant . The role demands strategic planning, process optimization, and team leadership to drive production efficiency, product quality, cost reduction, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Strategic and Operational Leadership Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals. Lead the end-to-end operations of the integrated steel plant ( SMS, Rolling Mill, DRI , Pellet Plant, Blast Furnace with Sinter Plant , Bricks Plant , Coke Oven , Cement Plant ) from raw material handling to finished product dispatch. Set and monitor KPIs across departments (.). Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, etc.). Production Management Ensure timely achievement of production targets with optimal resource utilization. Monitor day-to-day plant activities to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency. Coordinate with planning and marketing teams to align production schedules with market demand. People Management Lead and develop cross-functional teams across departments. Foster a culture of safety, discipline, and accountability. Mentor and groom the next generation of operational leaders. Compliance and Safety Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and environmental regulations. Implement robust safety and sustainability practices across the plant. Conduct periodic audits and safety drills to maintain high EHS standards. Cost Control and Efficiency Monitor and control operational costs, reduce waste, and enhance productivity. Optimize raw material usage and energy consumption. Lead initiatives for technological upgradation and process automation. Stakeholder Management Liaise with senior management, government bodies, and external stakeholders. Represent operations in strategic discussions and board-level meetings. Coordinate with supply chain and logistics for inbound and outbound efficiency. Key Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgy / Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering. Master’s Degree or MBA is a plus. Proven experience (20+ years) in steel plant operations, including leadership roles in an integrated steel facility. Strong knowledge of steel production technologies, quality systems, and plant management. Excellent leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with digital transformation, Industry 4.0, and sustainability practices in steel manufacturing. Root cause failure analysis for problems and timely recommendation for prevention. 8. Co-ordination with maintenance, civil & Assembly departments for smoother Project Work. 9. Handling man-power, educating them, to take part in discussion with seniors, sub ordinates for minimizing delays, wastage & for smoother Project Work 10. Doing The Quality Inspection of the supplied equipment's provided by the manufacturer & keep alert eye on storage of the equipment in good condition.

Safety Lead Education: ADIS only from Jharkhand state Technical Board + Graduate/ BE/DE exp: 8 to 12 years company: Leading steel manufacturing company Location: Bokaro

Experience : 3- 6 years of experiences in Fabricated and Machined items Skills desired: Mechanical Engineering with knowledge in Sales and Business Development . Knowledge in site management/Services engineering/project management/fabrication/ inspection would give added advantage. Job responsibilities: Technical and commercial discussion with customer in office/plant. Monitoring active offers and looking for new business. Location : Kolkata Other Information : The position is permanent with 6 months/ 1 year probation. We are looking for long term association, and for a candidate who wants to work with the Company at least for next 3 years. Knowledge in manufacturing of Industrial Fans will give added advantage.

Must have 5+years experience in Blast Furnace operations. Oversee Mini Blast Furnace, ensure efficient pig iron production. Monitor furnace parameters,Control Room DCS system,stove Dry GCP,PCM,PCI,RMHS,CastHouse.Oversee Shift, breakdowns and shutdown
