Iroko Interior is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee and manage interior design project execution from start to finish. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a keen eye for quality workmanship. Prior experience in interior site coordination is preferred, but enthusiastic candidates with a solid understanding of on-site processes are also welcome. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily on-site activities to ensure timely and high-quality project execution. Coordinate between designers, contractors, vendors, and clients to maintain workflow efficiency. Interpret design drawings, BOQs, and layouts to ensure accurate implementation. Manage material deliveries, monitor work progress, and maintain site documentation. Inspect quality, safety, and finishing standards throughout the project timeline. Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide practical solutions to ensure deadlines are met. Requirements: Strong understanding of interior fit-out work, materials, and execution processes. Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and technical details. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field preferred. Experience in residential or commercial interior projects will be an advantage.
