GRC (ServiceNow IRM and SecOps Solution) POSITION Functional Consultant ServiceNow IRM and SecOps Solution EXPERIENCE 8+ Years KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for requirement gathering, process design and configuration/ customization of ServiceNow IRM Platform Work in capacity of ServiceNow IRM Business Analyst in client engagements Create High-level & low-level technical design documents and participate in architecture design for deployment Knowledge of various modules like Policy Mgmt. Compliance & Audit Mgmt., Vendor Mgmt., Business Continuity Management, Vulnerability Response, Incident Response, Security Dashboard on ServiceNow IRM platform Assess as-is IRM GRC processes for maturity and automation on ServiceNow platform Create & execute test plans and participate in client UAT & production migration Manage GRC User-stories in agile team and lead the iterations from delivery perspective Understand Observables, Indicators of Compromise (IOC) and IoC Look Ups Required experience with configuring and implementing ServiceNow GRC IRM Applications/Modules with working knowledge of its built-in capabilities including Plug-ins, Workflows, UI elements, tables, dictionaries, integrations and dependencies Experience with Design Thinking, Agile methodology, user-centered design & user analysis Strong analytical, management and organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities: must effectively communicate with technical and non-technical people SKILLS Certified ServiceNow IRM/SecOps administrator/consultant (this is mandatory) Experience in JavaScript, API, Web Services Practical experience in information security in a corporate or government setting is valuable, along with familiarity with information security standards and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST Certifications such as Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) are desirable PLATFORM /TOOL EXPERTISE ServiceNow IRM & SecOps QUALIFICATIONS B.E/B.Tech , BCA/MCA ServiceNow Certified Consultant

Overview ServiceNow Lead Engineer Technology Lead Roles and Responsibilities Deliver end-to-end automated solutions which include technical implementation of the ServiceNow Platform, Core System, and Applications. Deliver a high level of knowledge and customer service within the ITOM Suite as well as CMDB Should know the offerings available with ServiceNow ITOM Suite as well as CMDB. Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping and Orchestration OMT, Flow Designer, Widgets Ability to architect, develop and convert customer legacy solutions into ServiceNow is a plus Implement IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, workflow customization, ticketing, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, and system configurations. Secondary Skills Experience in ServiceNow (ITSM, ITAM, CSM, ITOM, IRM, CMDB, OMT, Flow Designer) Understanding of the project delivery lifecycle and processes Practical experience in creation or modification of the relevant CSM, ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, IRM, toolset components Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with all levels of staff Consultative and analytical approach Real world exposure to cloud technologies and S-a-a-S Proven experience implementing ITSM tools; demonstrated experience with Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management and other ITIL process areas.
