Role & responsibilities New Product Development: Idea Generation, Designing, implementation, launch and monitoring of Motor/commercial lines of business. Interact with cross functional team on new product ideation for creating new Product Construct. Create product construct/coverage wordings, working in coordination with cross functional teams. Role & responsibilities: IRDAI filing documents: Preparation and review of all IRDAI filing documents including Sales Literature, Policy Document, Proposal Form, Benefit illustration, other regulatory documents etc. Discussion and finalization of documents with relevant stakeholders (Actuarial, Compliance, Claims, Ops etc.) Product Launch: Manage all product launch related activities including Training (Train-The-Trainers), Marketing collateral readiness, System readiness (UAT sign-offs on product boundaries, premium / benefit values, calculators, web / App content) etc. New product ideas: Drive strategies to generate new product ideas Data analytics: Provide insights to senior management for decision making. Key Responsibilities: Ensure company-wide compliance with all applicable IRDAI regulations and insurance laws. Develop, implement, and update compliance policies, procedures, and SOPs. Track regulatory updates and ensure timely communication and implementation across departments. Review and approve marketing materials and collaterals to ensure compliance. Conduct internal compliance reviews and audits; identify and address areas of non-compliance. Recommend corrective actions and monitor their implementation to ensure timely resolution. Prepare presentations and reports for leadership with compliance insights and strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or related field (LLB / CS/Non CS preferred). 3–6 years of experience in a compliance role within the insurance or financial services industry. Strong knowledge of IRDAI regulations. Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills. Experience with compliance automation and reporting tools is a plus.
