Job description Company Name : Ambit Software Pvt Ltd Location : Pune Job Title: Receptionist Cum Administrator Experience: 3 to6 years Receptionist cum Administrator: Maintain a well-organized reception area. Welcome guests, customers, and employees in a courteous and professional manner. Direct them to the appropriate person or department. Manage and route incoming phone calls appropriately. Provide excellent customer service by handling questions, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience for both guests and callers. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email in a timely manner. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook) and issuing visitor badges Monitor the inventory of office supplies and purchase new material with attention to budgetary constraints. Gather information, compile data, and prepare necessary reports, as and when needed. Manage proper filing and documentation Ensure all operations adhere to policies and procedures. Provide general administrative support and assist all teams with any administrative work, as requested from time to time. Coordinate meetings and events at the office, make calls to employees for office events Manage employee leave and attendance records. Coordinate Travel Booking: Domestic and International Oversee facility services, maintenance activities, tradespersons (e.g., electricians), and vendors. Coordinate courier deliveries. Ensure basic cleanliness and hygiene of office premises. Work diligently under the Managers guidance. Skill Requirements: At least 3 years’ experience as an Administrator At least 1 year experience as a Receptionist Graduation or diploma in any relevant field Hands-on experience with the MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel) Familiarity with office equipment, like printers and fax machines Solid written and verbal communication skills Professional telephone skills and etiquette Should be resourceful and proactive. Should display multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to priorities tasks. We are Hiring for Key Accounts Manager For Mumbai, Nagpur and Bengaluru Location Designation: Key Accounts Manager Position Purpose To drive business growth and establish strong partnerships with key accounts within the Indian Railways ecosystem, including IRCTC and associated government departments. This role will focus on liaising, tendering, and managing key government accounts while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Key Accountabilities Strategic Accountability Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales and business objectives in the railway sector. Build and nurture strong relationships with IRCTC, zonal railways, and other government stakeholders to secure tenders and long-term contracts. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, tenders, and opportunities within the railway segment. Represent the company in discussions, presentations, and negotiations with railway and government authorities. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including private-public partnership models within the railway ecosystem. Ensure compliance with government procurement guidelines and standards. Operational Accountability Act as a single point of contact for all interactions with Indian Railways and government authorities, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of issues. Manage the end-to-end tendering process, including bid preparation, submission, and post-bid follow-ups. Ensure timely and accurate completion of required documentation for tenders and contracts. Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, legal, planning, etc.) to ensure successful execution of contracts. Monitor and track performance metrics for railway accounts and ensure key deliverables are met. Resolve customer queries, disputes, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (MBA preferred). Proficiency in government procurement processes and railway tendering. Required Experiences Minimum 8 years of experience in government sales or liaison roles, with a focus on Indian Railways or similar institutions. Proven track record of securing and managing high-value government tenders and accounts. Familiarity with IRCTC processes, Indian Railways operations, and procurement norms.
