Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Highway Engineer to contribute to the planning, alignment, and integration of road infrastructure within a large-scale multimodal transport hub. The ideal candidate will work closely with transport planners, civil engineers, and project managers to ensure efficient and sustainable highway design and scheduling. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications. Develop cost estimates and budgets for all civil and structural components. Assist in preparing tender documents, bills of quantities (BOQs), and procurement schedules. Evaluate contractor bids and support in contract negotiations. Monitor project costs and flag budget deviations during the planning and execution phases. Work closely with planners, engineers, and procurement teams to align financials with the construction schedule. Support value engineering and cost-saving strategies. Prepare financial progress reports, cash flow projections, and cost control documentation. Solid understanding of IRC guidelines, MoRTH Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MX Road, OpenRoads, or similar highway design software.
