As a Highway Design Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing Highway Geometric Design and Pavement Design. Your primary duties will involve the geometric design of road alignment using Civil 3D / MX Roads software. Additionally, you will guide a team of PGET / GET on alignment design. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic Alignment Design Engineer with experience in multidisciplinary Road Projects, particularly in Detailed Design and Construction Support. You should possess a positive attitude and a willingness to both learn from and contribute to the team. In this role, you will also be required to coordinate with the site/construction team to ensure seamless project execution. To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 1-5 years of experience in Highway project design, specifically in 2/4/6 laning highway projects. A strong understanding of IRC codes and MoRTH specifications is essential. Ideally, you should hold a B.Tech in Civil Engineering, with an M.Tech being preferable.
