You should possess ATPL, FRTO, COP RTR licenses, and IR rating along with a Class I medical certification. Additionally, a minimum of 500 hours of flying experience is required to be considered for the position of an Experienced First Officer. As an Experienced First Officer, you will report to the Chief Operating Officer and must be at least 25 years old. It is essential that you have a complete understanding of the company's operations manual, technical and performance-related subjects relevant to the aircraft you will be flying, as well as knowledge of all rules and regulations issued by DGCA. Your technical skills should include a good understanding of aircraft performance and technical aspects. Furthermore, behavioral skills such as leadership, effective communication, and situation awareness and crisis management are key attributes for this role. As a First Officer, your responsibilities include remaining at your allocated station during flight, following the Commander's instructions, reading out checklists, maintaining communication on R/T, and obtaining weather reports. You are expected to learn and observe the duties of the Commander as you may be considered for captaincy in the future. During flight preparation, you need to familiarize yourself with all relevant information and inform the Commander of any overlooked aspects. In-flight execution, you must perform duties as per the manuals under the Commander's supervision, maintain a safe flight environment, and alert the Commander of any potential risks or safety concerns. In case of any doubts regarding the Commander's fitness or critical situations, you should take appropriate action to ensure the safety of the flight operation. Your role as a potential future Commander involves continuously improving your skills and knowledge to ensure the successful execution of flight operations.,
