Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in IR & HRM in a large manufacturing setup. Strong exposure to unionized environments and handling long-term settlements. Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance, and social accountability audits. Proficient in HRMS/LMS systems and data analytics. Having experience in North East Location is mandatory
