Title - Maintenance Team Leader Experience - 5+ Location - Ranjangaon, Maharashtra Education - Diploma / B.E. in Electrical JOB DESCRIPTION Experience in Paint and PLC Trouble shotting Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Team Leader to oversee electrical operations, maintenance activities, and team supervision within the plant. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in electrical systems, leadership qualities to guide a team, and a solid understanding of safety and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Technical & Operational Manage plant operations and maintenance of electrical systems and utilities. Demonstrate strong knowledge of electrical equipment, PLCs, MTTR, MTBF, and Uptime. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues and malfunctions. Maintain records of completed work, inventory, and relevant reports. Team Leadership Provide guidance, support, and motivation to electricians and technical staff. Mentor junior team members, ensuring adherence to electrical procedures and professional development. Supervise shift operations and allocate tasks effectively. Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Conduct inspections, audits, and implement corrective safety measures. Maintain and renew supervisory license as required. Maintenance & Repair Oversee utility electrical maintenance. Manage repairing and routine servicing of electrical equipment. Monitor and improve maintenance performance metrics.
