Ecommerce Job Description: We are looking for a Manager Customer Experience (CX) Design to lead end-to-end customer experience strategies across digital and physical touchpoints. The ideal candidate will be a strong advocate for customers, driving improvements across products, processes, and policies that impact millions of users. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role suited for someone who combines design thinking, business acumen, and strong execution skills . Key Responsibilities: Act as the Voice of the Customer across journeys and business verticals Define and own key CX metrics like NPS, CTU, IPU, Resolution Time, and Satisfaction Scores Benchmark customer experience strategies with leading global and Indian brands Lead customer-centric design of policies, processes, and service journeys Drive cross-functional collaboration with teams across product, operations, technology, and business Use data-driven insights to assess current experiences and recommend improvements Run pilots and A/B tests to evaluate new models and optimize outcomes Strike a balance between cost-efficiency and superior experience design Execute org-wide CX initiatives and OKRs with measurable business impact Develop and present business cases to leadership to gain buy-in for customer-centric innovations Key Skills & Competencies: Strong grasp of CX Metrics & Service Design principles Deep analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in design thinking and customer journey mapping Data literacy : Ability to analyze CX data and infer actionable insights Proven track record in driving cross-functional projects Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Excellent written and verbal communication What Were Looking For: 610 years of experience in Customer Experience, Service Design, Product, or Strategy roles Background in consumer tech, e-commerce, retail, or service-oriented industries preferred Prior ownership of customer journey strategy and CX metrics is highly desirable Passionate about improving customer outcomes and building scalable experience solutions Why Join Us? Job Title: PHE Engineer/OBD BIM Modeller Job Description : Be incharge for planning ,design & modelling of all building services elements of the PHE/FF discipline.Knoweledge on other MEP Service modelling Mechanical [HVAC]/Electrcal & ELV is added advantage Be incharge for concept design based on evaluation for various options in coordination with architectural, structural input and in accordance with initial load/Demand estimates. Design Calculation knowledge based on IPC,UPC,IOP, SBC ,CIBSE G,BS stds. Middle East stds & knowledge on any local regulations like DM & DEWA (Dubai Electricity & Water Authority ) is added advantage Ensure all design work is carried out in accordance with Companys quality standard procedures. Ensure checking of all design output and seamless coordination between other sections/disciplines. Ensure the completeness of design deliverables within time limits Knowledge on any Digital Automation of PH/FF services [through Dynamo Scripting/Python Programming] is added advantage Effective task management for design engineers and Modelling/CAD Technicians. Candidate Specification : Candidate should be B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Civil - Environment /Public Health Engineering discipline. Have 5 to 8 years of experience in Public Health Engineering design,Modelling and knowledge on inter-disciplines. Experience in relevant design software such as Bentley Open Building Design [OBD] V8i Software, Bentley Open Building Design [OBD] Review/Bentley Navigator software,Auto CAD, Autodesk REVIT,Navisworks and IT Literacy Mott MacDonald is a leader in the adoption of BIM and therefore the use of Open Building Design [OBD] V8i /Auto desk REVIT software would be highly regarded. Have experience in design & modelling of high rise buildings/shopping malls/hotels/Metro Stations,Airports & Health care projects etc., Have experience in design of internal/external water supply, sewerage and drainage ( storm water and surface water), Be well versed in reviewing and checking of drawings and calculations. Familiarity with local authority codes and regulations such as of local Municipality, water authority, drainage and sewerage department, environmental authority etc., of countries in which the candidate has job experience.UK/Middle East mostly preferred/If other AUS/NZ regions also shall be an added advantage Good knowledge of relevant international codes and regulations Knowledge in sustainable, green building design practices and rating guidelines,Decarbonisation knowledge (If any) is added advantage & not mandatory Handle design independently and lead a team of technicians/modellers. Have good oral and written communication skills and liaise with clients directly.
