Oracle Fusion Financials Techno-Functional Consultant (Freelance) Experience: Minimum 3 years of technical experience in Oracle Fusion Financials. Contract Duration: 6 months Work Model: Hybrid (Work-from-Office and Work-from-Home) Work Timings: Work-from-Office: 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM IST (Monday to Friday) Work-from-Home: Remaining 3 hours of an 8-hour workday (flexible) Location: Hyderabad Project Summary: We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated freelance Oracle Fusion Financials Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team for a 6-month project. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a techno-functional role, with a strong focus on technical development. This role requires a professional who can expertly navigate the technical aspects of Oracle Cloud applications while providing functional support. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing our Oracle Fusion Financials modules, with a specific focus on developing reports and integrations. Key Responsibilities: Financials Module Support: Provide expert configuration, maintenance, and support for core Oracle Fusion Financials modules like General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Cash Management (CM). Technical Development (Reports & Integrations): Reports: Design, develop, and modify complex reports using BI Publisher (BIP) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) . Integrations: Develop and implement data conversions and integrations using tools like File-Based Data Import (FBDI) and ADF Desktop Integration (ADFDI) . Business Analysis: Analyze and translate business requirements from finance stakeholders into technical solutions for reports, integrations, and new functionalities. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical design documents, data maps, and user guides. Troubleshooting: Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to reports, integrations, and data integrity. Collaboration: Work closely with the project team and business users to ensure the timely and successful delivery of technical solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on technical experience with Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud applications. Strong understanding of core financial processes, such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C). Mandatory: Proficient in developing reports using BI Publisher (BIP) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) . Mandatory: Experience with data integration tools like FBDI and knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs . Proven problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as a freelancer while meeting project deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience with other Oracle Fusion Financials modules, such as Fixed Assets (FA) or Cash Management (CM). Any relevant Oracle Cloud certification (e.g., Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud: Financials Implementation Specialist). Role & responsibilities
