Job Title: Marketing Assistant 📍 Location: Vadodara, Gujarat 🕒 Job Type: Full-Time Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant with a strong background in mechanical engineering and proven experience in marketing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting our products and services, engaging with clients, and supporting business development activities across India. This role requires extensive travel and direct interaction with customers, vendors, and partners. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies for company products and services. Visit clients, vendors, and industry events across India for marketing and business development. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers. Collect market insights, competitor analysis, and customer requirements to support strategy building. Prepare marketing materials, proposals, and reports in coordination with the marketing team. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure effective follow-ups for lead conversion. Support sales and marketing managers in achieving business targets. Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of work experience in the marketing field (preferably in engineering/manufacturing sector). Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering . Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel extensively across India for marketing assignments. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to take initiative. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in industrial/product marketing. Knowledge of mechanical equipment and engineering concepts. Customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
