Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct BMR reviews, CAPAs, GMP audits, and IPQC activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Perform incoming inspection, process validation, and equipment qualification tasks as per SOPs.
Identify and report deviations/OOS/OOT events during production runs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of QMS documentation and participate in training programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with expertise in IPQA (In Process Quality Assurance).
Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations.
Proficiency in performing BMR reviews, CAPAs, GMP audits, IPQC activities.
Experience with Incoming Inspection, Process Validation, Equipment Qualification processes.
