Job Description-

In the beverage industry, IPQP stands for In-Process Quality Product.

It refers to the quality checks and controls implemented during the production process to ensure a consistent and high-quality product.

This involves monitoring various stages of production, from raw material inspection to finished product testing, to identify and rectify any issues that may affect the final beverage's quality, safety, and adherence to standards.

• Raw Material Inspection:Verifying the quality and suitability of ingredients (fruits, flavors, sweeteners, etc.) before they are used in production.
• In-Process Testing:Conducting regular checks at various stages of the production line to monitor critical parameters like temperature, pressure, and chemical composition.
• Microbiological Safety:Ensuring the beverage is free from harmful bacteria, yeasts, and molds through testing and control measures.
• Packaging Integrity:Checking the quality of bottles, cans, and other packaging materials to prevent contamination and ensure proper sealing.
• Finished Product Testing:Conducting final quality checks on the completed beverage to ensure it meets all specified standards and regulations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
