As an Engineer (NPD) reporting to the HOD, your responsibilities will include attending trials and preparing trial reports for each trial. You will be required to obtain customer sample signoff, packaging signoff, and ensure proper PPAP documentation with QA. Additionally, you will need to obtain PSW signoff and maintain IPP records. Following up with suppliers and completing any work assigned by your reporting person will be essential tasks in this role. In case of non-conforming parts being produced during a trial, you have the authority to stop the machine. You are also responsible for holding parts if they are not in the intended packaging or do not match the signoff samples. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule will be during the day with fixed shifts. In addition to your regular compensation, you will be eligible for performance bonuses, quarterly bonuses, and yearly bonuses. The work location for this role is in person.,
