Week Off - Rotational

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and update patient details in the hospital system
• Collect payments and process insurance billing accurately
• Handle patient calls from Coimbatore and respond to inquiries professionally
• Schedule appointments and send follow-up reminders
• Maintain organized filing systems and manage documents efficiently
• Support other administrative and front desk operations as required

Qualifications:

• Graduate or above
• Experience in a hospital or medical Billing preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance billing is an advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and billing software
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
