Key Responsibilities Support determining annual organizational goal and objectives Business projections and plan Fund raising (Debt/Equity/structured) Overall financial strategy making support to Management IPO plan and ensuring progress with all stakeholders Work with various stakeholders and consultants during the process (they may change at each stage), contracting, performance and expectation mgmt. Financial model, supporting BD in developing model to explain the Customer (initial stage for new business / business model, like GC customer) Business tie-ups (Customer / Vendors / Consultants) Change mgmt. within Enrich (Implement new practices like Disclosure, Shareholder relationship, Public relations, etc. required for a publicly held company) Overall efficiency / Operational strategy building with HoDs Please Note - Minimum of 10 years of overall industry experience required, including at least 5 years in business consulting with a Big 4 firm.
