Job Title: Chartered Accountant Experience: 12 + Year Location : Noida Industry experience: Both limited and listed company Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant with 15+ years of expertise, particularly in handling financial operations for listed companies . The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in finalization of balance sheets, quarterly return filing, and regulatory compliance . This role requires strategic financial planning, meticulous attention to detail, and experience in corporate governance within a listed entity. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the finalization of balance sheets , ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards. Handle quarterly return filing and ensure timely compliance with regulatory authorities. Manage financial statements, tax planning, and audits as per statutory requirements. Ensure adherence to SEBI, Stock Exchange, and Company Law regulations . Provide strategic financial insights and risk assessment reports to senior management. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. Supervise and mentor the finance team to enhance efficiency and compliance. Required Qualifications & Skills: CA Qualification (Member of ICAI) with 12+ years of experience . Hands-on experience working with listed companies . Expertise in finalization of financial statements and regulatory reporting. Strong knowledge of quarterly return filings, SEBI regulations, and corporate governance . Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and financial modeling . Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience: Prior experience in a CFO, Financial Controller, or Senior Finance Manager role. Exposure to Mergers & Acquisitions, IPO filings, and investor relations .
