1. Prepare Value Proposition/Tech. Flyer document for assigned IDFs 2. Excellent Excel skill including formula and preparing pivotal chars 3. Account knowledge, invoice, debit note, receipt tracking 4. Run keyword and classification searches in free and subscription databases 5. Summarize key findings in a short technical memo/PPT for Manager review. 6. Enter and update patent docket milestones, invention metadata, and licence records in PIS. 7. Compile weekly pipeline snapshots: new disclosures, docket deadlines, and outreach metrics. Key skills: Basic understanding of patents, copyrights, and trade secrets (formal certification or coursework is a plus).Comfortable navigating patent databases and synthesising technical information. Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace, patent search platforms, and CRM or IPMS software manage the TTO shared mailbox. Qualification and Experience: Any Graduate degree with 0-2 Years experiences preferably in IP or academic project management. Perks & Benefits: Max. Rs. 30,000/- pm (depending on skill level and experience)
