Summarize key findings in a short technical memo/PPT for Manager review. 6. Enter and update patent docket milestones, invention metadata, and licence records in PIS. 7. Compile weekly pipeline snapshots: new disclosures, docket deadlines, and outreach metrics. Key skills: Basic understanding of patents, copyrights, and trade secrets (formal certification or coursework is a plus).Comfortable navigating patent databases and synthesising technical information. Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace, patent search platforms, and CRM or IPMS software manage the TTO shared mailbox. Qualification and Experience: Any Graduate degree with 0-2 Years experiences preferably in IP or academic project management. Perks & Benefits: Max.
