Position :- College Administrative Officer Job Description Position Overview The College Administrative Officer is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the administrative functions of the institution. This role ensures the efficient operation of college activities, compliance with regulatory standards, and support for academic and non-academic departments. Key Responsibilities Academic Administration : Coordinate curriculum development, manage academic calendars, and oversee examination processes in line with university regulations. Admissions & Student Records : Supervise the admissions process, maintain accurate student records, and ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies. Human Resources Management : Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and staff development programs. Maintain personnel records and ensure adherence to HR policies. Financial Oversight : Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial accountability in collaboration with the finance department. Facility Management : Oversee the maintenance of college infrastructure, including classrooms, laboratories, and administrative offices, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment. Compliance & Reporting : Ensure compliance with statutory requirements set by educational authorities and prepare necessary reports for internal and external stakeholders. Liaison & Communication : Act as a point of contact between the college and external bodies such as universities, accreditation agencies, and government departments. Event Coordination : Organize institutional events, including seminars, workshops, and cultural programs, facilitating smooth execution and participation. Qualifications & Experience Educational Background : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Experience : Minimum of 5 years in administrative roles within educational institutions, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
