Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an IPDRG Coding Manager. The IPDRG Coding Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing coding operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. This role includes leading a team of coders, conducting audits, providing training and guidance, and liaising with other departments to ensure optimal workflow and compliance. The IPDRG Coding Manager will also collaborate with the billing department to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge and experience in IPDRG coding, medical terminology, and industry regulations
• Proficiency in auditing and quality assurance processes
• Leadership skills, including team management, training, and development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently on-site in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with healthcare billing processes
• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Nursing, or a related field preferred
• Relevant certifications such as CCS, CPC, or RHIT/RHIA are beneficial
• Experience with coding software and electronic health records (EHR) systems
