Job Description

Hiring for Certified Medical coders, who are specialized in IPDRG specialty Coding . Coders is responsible for accurately assigning Inpatient Prospective Payment Diagnosis-Related Groups (IPDRG) codes to patient records based on medical documentation. The role plays a key part in the revenue cycle management by ensuring the correct diagnosis and procedural codes are used to maximize reimbursement and compliance with healthcare regulations. Preferred candidate profile: Education: Bachelors degree in Health Information Management, Nursing, or related field (preferred). Certification: Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), Certified Inpatient Coder (CIC), or other relevant coding certifications. Experience: Minimum 1years of experience in medical coding, specifically in inpatient settings, with a strong understanding of IPDRG.
