As a Business Growth Executive with 3+ years of experience, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in Mumbai. Your main tasks will include promoting and selling IT Staff Augmentation, Managed Services, and IPA solutions. It will be crucial to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, engage with prospects to understand their needs, and propose suitable solutions to meet sales targets. In addition to business development and sales, you will also be tasked with managing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities. Serving as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, you will need to ensure prompt resolution and conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with key accounts. Collaboration and coordination are key aspects of this role, requiring you to work closely with delivery, pre-sales, and solution teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of projects. Collaborating with senior business managers to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention will be essential for success in this position. Staying informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive activity is crucial. Providing feedback and insights to the leadership team to refine strategies and offerings will help drive business growth. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities, along with providing regular reports and updates to the leadership team, will be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT sales, with at least 1 year focused on Staff Augmentation, Managed Services, or IPA, is required. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable IT solutions. A proactive approach to identifying business opportunities and resolving challenges, as well as excellent organizational and time management skills, will be valuable assets in this position.,
