Job Responsibilities - Assume responsibility for the overall management of inventories of all stores and sub stores. Maintain inventories at the levels set by the management ensuring that there are no overstocking or stock outs. Establish Reorder levels for all stocked goods. Take timely action to ensure that no goods expire without being detected and returned to the vendors. Also, raise for purchase requisitions in time so to ensure timely receipt of material. Complete the receipt of material as per the terms and conditions of the Purchase Orders. Process all bills for the material received in a timely and accurate manner Maintain stocks of all consignment items; maintain records of their receipt, issue, consumption details and processing of bills. Organize physical stock verification in all stores at the stipulated time periods to ensure that HIS inventory is equal to physical inventories. Prepare duty rosters, attendance of the staff, leave arrangement with coverage to all shifts for smooth operations. Generate MIS reports about the performance of the department and communicate to the management regarding the same. Formulate and implement departmental standard operating protocols, policies and procedures Preferred candidate profile : D. Pharma/ B. Monitoring ROL Items to control inventory and minimize the shortage with RCA. Looking after All SCM Department MIS. Reports send to various departments or persons as per compliance like FSN Report, Consumption report, Near Expiry report, and cash purchase approval. Submission of Narcotic Return/Renewal/Revise estimate Quarterly & Yearly (Subject to SOPs and Gov Norms) Preferred candidate profile : D. Pharma/ B.
